I’ve been trying to get out every weekend to go birding though I stayed home this last weekend due to it being 4th of July. My goal next weekend is to finally make it to Tucker wildlife reserve and Oak Canyon Nature Center in Anaheim.

I’m excited to try out the new lens that arrived today. It’s a 300 mm zoom lens so it will make the distance shots much more clear. However, I realize that the focus at that distance is going to be much more touchy.
