June 24, 2015- I went to Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve last Sunday and was amazed at the birds I saw there. Initially, I mapped out a number of places that I wanted to visit to go birding and the size of this local was indescribable. I know I spent 3 hours walking and taking pictures and I tabulated 10 new birds that I can add to the list and more that I missed. Shore birds can be a challenge to identify and I believe I got these correct.
