May 10, 2015- Today, I tried something completely different. Previously, my trips had involved going to a predetermined location and seeing what birds showed up. This trip, however, I went in search of hawks and eagles and drove into the hills above my town. I located a bike and hiking trail I didn’t know existed and I was off. I found some success, locating a red tailed hawk and a red shouldered hawk. The pictures are included within.
