March 29, 2015- Well it’s clear moving forward what my biggest challenge will be…….identifying the birds I locate. I can’t believe there’s homework for this hobby but I suppose knowledge doesn’t just happen. I’m looking to get as much written material as I can regarding birds of California, but I believe my biggest source of information will come from local chapters of birders. Showing the photos that I’ve taken and describing the locations will be monumental in correctly cataloging these birds.
